This exercise was in two sessions. Approx. half an hour between them. I did a mix of walk, run and incline walking.

Interval training all the way:
- 5 minutes of warming up
- 5 x (10 running at 9.5 km/h + 5 minutes of walking)
- 5 minutes of medium incline walk
- 10 minutes of walking to cool down

Half walking and half running - interval training again. A bit longer but not so intensive.

In this exercise I wanted to combine 20 minutes of running and 20 minutes of incline walking in the intervals. 5 minute warm up and cool down were also included.
