25OctWeek #7 Sunday exercise 140 min (16.1 km)

This exercise was in two sessions. Approx. half an hour between them. I did a mix of walk, run and incline walking.

Session  1 quick stats: 70 min, 8.8 km, 551 cal

Session 2 quick stats: 70 min, 7.3 km, 585 cal

Together: 140 min, 16.1 km, 1136 calories

16OctWeek #6 Friday exercise 60 min (7.2 km)

Quick stats: 60 min,7.2 km, 507 cal.

Incline walk and run divided by half. Good exercise.

14OctWeek #6 Wednesday exercise 60 min (7.4 km)

Quick stats: 60 min,  7.4 km,  523 cal.

In this exercise I wanted to combine 20 minutes of running and 20 minutes of incline walking in the intervals. 5 minute warm up and cool down were also included.

12OctWeek #6 Monday exercise 40 min (4.6 km)

Quick stats: 40 min, 4.6km, 402 cal

10OctWeek #5 Saturday exercise 65 min (6.7 km)

Quick stats: 65 min, 6.7 km, 514 cal

And again a little bit of walking, large part of incline walking and some running - 9.5 km/h tops.

09OctWeek #5 Friday exercise 75 min (8.4 km)

Quick stats: 75 min, 8.4 km, 525cal

Again some walk, incline walk and run - all mixed together in random intervals.

02OctWeek #4 Friday exercise 60 min (6 km)

In 60 minutes of incline walking you can burn 639 calories! That’s a lot! I did a quite slow tempo (6 km/h) but it was quite intensive as I had incline from 7-12%.

02JunWeek #31 Monday exercise 60 min (6.1 km)

Another incline walking exercise:

  • 50 min of incline walking - 6-12% incline
  • 10 minutes to col down - slow walk

Quick stats: 60 min, 6.1km, 671 cal.

01JunWeek #30 Sunday exercise 60 min (6.5 km)

Sunday is a great day for exercise . You can rest the whole day and when the time for exercise comes, you have to make yourself to do it lol Just like nay other day.

So this Sunday I did:

  • 30 min 8% incline walking
  • 5 min cool down
  • 5 min running at 9 km/h
  • 15 min 8% incline walking
  • 5 min cool down

Stats: 6.5 km in 60 minutes, 638 calories burned. I could do more running but it was still a great exercise.

31MayWeek #30 Saturday exercise 60 min (7.2 km)

This time I wanted to do an interval exercise. And planned for some incline walking (6-12%) and running (at 9 km/h and 0 incline). It went pretty good. I was not even tired at the end.

  • 5 min warm up
  • 10 min  run
  • 10 min  incline walk
  • 10 min run
  • 10 min incline walk
  • 15 min cool down

The stats: 7.2 km, 60 min, 545 cal.

I’m planning another exercise for Sunday and hopefully this Week #30 will improve the stats after lazy previous weeks.
