27MayWeek #29 Friday exercise 30 min (3.9km)

This was my morning exercise after a long time. I felt I have accomplished something before I went to work … well actually I was working from home that day. Nevertheless I had in mind a 60 minute workout but it’s so hard to wake up in the morning if you have gone to bed at 1 or 2 a.m.

The stats: 30 minutes, 3.9 km and 233 calories burned.

29AprWeek #26 Monday exercise 40 min (5.1km)

  • 10 minutes of warming up
  • 20 minutes of running at 9 km/h and 1% incline
  • 10 minutes of cooling down at 5.5 km/h

Together 5.1 km in 40 minutes and 314 burned calories.

29AprWeek #25 Saturday exercise 40 min (4.7km)

This was the first exercise since the blister and I had a lot of fun.

  • 10 minute warm up at 6.5 km/h
  • 10 minute run at 9 km/h
  • 10 minute incline walk at 6.5 km/h and 6-12% incline
  • 5 minute walk at 6.5 km/h
  • 5 minute walk at 5.5 km/h

Altogether  40 minutes of exercise, 4.7 km and I have burned 328 calories.

07AprWeek #23 Monday exercise 45 min (5.6km)

I started to write donw the intervals in my exercise so here they are:

  • 5 min warm-up at 6.5 kmh and 5% incline
  • 15 minute run at 9kmh and 1% incline
  • 10 minute walk at 5-6kmh and 1% incline
  • 10 minute run at 9kmh and 1% incline
  • 5 minute cool down

Altogether 5.6 km in 45 minutes and 335 calories burned.

I guess this will be the only exercise this week because of the large blister that had developed on my left foot. It was not due to running but walking in some old/new shoes I now hate. I would rather not post a picture of it. It looks horrible and I will work from home for two days - because I cannot even walk normally! Wish me the best!

02AprWeek #22 Thursday exercise / 65 min (6.5km)

This one was a bit longer exercise - 65 minutes. I have burned 520 calories and walked 6.5 km. This was a good one and I plan another exercise this week (not to be stuck in the “One exercise per week” summary again).

24MarWeek #21 Monday exercise / 60 min (6.1km)

A great exercise, some incline walking and it felt great. I walked for 60 minutes, burned 513 calories and the distance was 6.1 km. Great workout :)

21MarWeek #20 Friday exercise / 60 min (6.2km)

This one was my regular exercise. Not too demanding and not too easy. Some warming up, incline walking and cooling down. Alltogether 60 minutes, 516 calories burned and the distance was 6.2 km.

10MarWeek #19 Monday exercise / 60 min (5.8km)

The first exercise after a week. I did 60 minutes of moderate incline walking with warming up and cooling down. I have burned approx. 500 calories :)

11FebWeek #15 Tuesday exercise / 60 min (6.5 km)

  • 25 minutes of incline walking at 8% incline and 6.5 km/h
  • 5 minutes of walking at 6.5 km/h and 4% incline
  • 10 minutes of incline walking at 6.5 km/h and 8% incline
  • 10 minutes of incline walking at 6.5 km/h and 12% incline
  • 10 minutes to cool down

6.5 km in 60 minutes and 653 calories burned.

10FebWeek #15 Monday exercise / 60 min (6.7 km)

Sunday was a day off since I had played several games of bowling and half of my body was in pain as a result of it.

So on Monday I decided to have a light exercise:

  • 20 minutes of incline walking at 6.5  km/h and 7% incline  (altogether 2.1 km)
  • 10 minutes of running at 8.5 km/h and 2% incline
  • 20 minutes of incline walking at 6.5 km/h and 7-12% incline
  • 10 minutes to cool down

I burned 625 calories and walked/run 6.7 kilometers.
