This was a nice start. After being sick and weak I needed this exercise sooo much. And of course felt great afterwards.
So altogether I have walked/ran for 52 minutes, made 4.9 km and burned 524 calories.
Two exercises - 70 minutes and 8.6 km. In this week only 521 calories burned.
Next week I was sick so the week #27 is marked with zero.
Another week with just one exercise. 100 minutes, 11.7 km and 817 burned calories. Nothing special…
This week has been the worst ever (considering running). I had a terrible day with one pair of shoes and a huge blister had developed on my left foot. See pictures below. Clearly I wasn’t able to walk, so all running exercises were canceled.

This week I had just one exercise. Not much to say about it really.
I did only one exercise on the treadmill and on Sunday I went out and peddal my bicycle for an hour and a half. Did approx. 24 km and came back quite tired. I’m planning to do more and more bicycle rides this month.
It seems that I cannot make more than one exercise per week. I’m not so happy about it, but better times are coming. The weather is also getting better and better so I plan to mix my exercises with bicycle rides.
This week was again one of the “one exercise” weeks. Not very sporty I would say. But nevertheless I am still active. Maybe a little less than before but it seems like my body needs some rest. And I’m listening to it.
Again only one exercise in a week and not so shiny results.
