27MayWeek #29 Friday exercise 30 min (3.9km)

This was my morning exercise after a long time. I felt I have accomplished something before I went to work … well actually I was working from home that day. Nevertheless I had in mind a 60 minute workout but it’s so hard to wake up in the morning if you have gone to bed at 1 or 2 a.m.

The stats: 30 minutes, 3.9 km and 233 calories burned.

27MayWeek #29 Thursday exercise 90 min (9.1km)

I was thinking about incline and  have added it. So this exercise was a little harder but much more calories were burned. In 90 minutes I have walked/ran 9.1 km and burned 874 calories. Let’s keep on going …

27MayWeek #29 Wednesday exercise 100 min (10.2km)

This is the real deal! 100 minutes of fast heart beats and some great music on the screen. Bon Jovi saved my exercise. I love their concerts - especially if they were filmed in New Jersey!

So 10,2 km of distance and 852 burned calories. It seems I could use some more incline.

27MayWeek #29 Monday exercise 40 min (4.2km)

A new week and a new run. 4.2 km in 40 minutes and 400 calories burned. As I now remember my fastest 5 km run this exercise seems line a snail race. But still it was effective. Looking forward to more!

27MayWeek #28 Saturday exercise 52 min (4.9km) & summary of week #28

This was a nice start. After being sick and weak I needed this exercise sooo much. And of course felt great afterwards.

So altogether I have walked/ran for 52 minutes, made 4.9 km and burned 524 calories.

Two exercises  - 70 minutes and 8.6 km. In this week only 521 calories burned.

Next week I was sick so the week #27 is marked with zero.

29AprWeek #26 Tuesday exercise 30 min (3.5km)

  • 10 minutes of warming up at 6.5 km/h
  • 10 minutes of running at 9 km/h
  • 5 minutes of walking at 6.5 km/h and
  • 5 minutes of cooling down at 5.5 km/h

This was a rather short exercise - 3.5 km in 30 minutes and 207 burned calories.

29AprWeek #26 Monday exercise 40 min (5.1km)

  • 10 minutes of warming up
  • 20 minutes of running at 9 km/h and 1% incline
  • 10 minutes of cooling down at 5.5 km/h

Together 5.1 km in 40 minutes and 314 burned calories.

29AprWeek #25 Sunday exercise 60 min (7km)

  • 10 minutes of 6.5km/h and 1% incline
  • 10 minutes of 9 km/h and 1% incline
  • 5 minutes of 6.5 km/h and 1% incline
  • 5 minutes of 9km/h and 1% incline
  • 5 minutes of 6.5 km/h 1% incline
  • 15 minutes of 6.5 km/h and 6-12% incline
  • 10 minutes  of cooling down

Altogether 7 km and 489 calories in 60 minutes.

29AprWeek #25 Saturday exercise 40 min (4.7km)

This was the first exercise since the blister and I had a lot of fun.

  • 10 minute warm up at 6.5 km/h
  • 10 minute run at 9 km/h
  • 10 minute incline walk at 6.5 km/h and 6-12% incline
  • 5 minute walk at 6.5 km/h
  • 5 minute walk at 5.5 km/h

Altogether  40 minutes of exercise, 4.7 km and I have burned 328 calories.
