A shorter incline walking exercise to get started :)

  • 10 minutes of walking at 5% incline and 6 km/h
  • 20 minutes of 12% incline walking and 6 km/h
  • 10 minutes of 5% incline walking at 5.5 km/h

3.8 km in 40 minutes and 424 calories burned.
