Another solid week of workouts that weren’t easy. I have succeded to make some exercises with more running (not just incline walking) and I’m planning to integrate at least 30 minutes of running in my future workouts. I am also determined to make longer workouts - up to 90 minutes four to six times a week.
The statistics for #10 week are:
- Workout for 215 minutes or 3 hours 35 minutes
- Walked/ran 24 km
- Burned 2227 calories
The last exercise in this week was a:
- 10 min warm up
- 20 min run at 8.5 kmh
- 10 min of incline walking
- 10 min of running at 8.5 kmh
- 5 min of incline walking
- 5 minutes of cooling down
This was a nice, quite intensive exercise that made me burn 589 calories and I have managed to run/walk 7.4 km.
I finally mnaed to squeeze more running into my workout and I hope to continue with this in my next treadmill workouts.
This was a repetition of yesterday’s exercise. There was lot’sof incline walking with two 5 minute intervals of running at 8.5 kmh. Altogether I have burned 606 calories and had a nice workout.
I’m planing to do two similar workouts this week, hopefully one will be a bit longer and with extra running minutes.
Keep running
I have planned (and completed) the 1 hour workout. A combination of Warm up, incline walking, short intervals of running and cool down walk.
Altogether I have burned 674 calories, walked/ran 6.7 km and felt the intensity of the workout the next morning.
This was a great workout!
This short exercise took me only 35 minutes and was actually nothing worth mentioning. I didn’t feel like exercising and I have stepped off the treadmill on the half of the regular workout. I did only incline walking with short warm up and cool down.
I have burned approx. 361 calories and hoped that the next days will be more sporty.
