A short run, but still effective in 30 minutes I have burned 214 cal and made 3 km.

25SepWeek #3 Friday exercise 100 min (8.7km)

Walk slowly and you will go far. A proverb that turned out true in this exercise. So slow walk/run for 100 minutes and you might do 8.7 km and burn 862 cal.

22SepWeek #3 Tuesday exercise 45 min (4.4 km)

What to do when you are 15 minutes into exercise and the only thing you have in mind is how to step down and stop running. This happened to me today. I had warmed up, began running and I didn’t feel like doing it … at all. So after 15 minutes I became aware that this will not be my running day and if I will continue to exercise I have to do something. So I have decreased the speed from 9 kmh to 6.5 kmh and increased the incline from 0 to 10-12%. After that I was able to do another 25 minutes of incline walking!

In whole I have walked/ran 45 minutes, 4.4 km and burned 460 calories.

11SepWeek #1 Friday exercise 30 min (3.3 km)

The new season of treadmill running has started for me. The whole summer I was exercising outside and did only 1-2 exercises on the treadmill. So now, with the temperatures a bit lower I have started with indoor training. Let’s start the treadmill! :)

The season opener was a nice interval training with low speed (max7.2 kmh or 4.5 mph) and incline up to 8%.

Burned calories: 270.
