Sunday is a great day for exercise . You can rest the whole day and when the time for exercise comes, you have to make yourself to do it lol Just like nay other day.
So this Sunday I did:
- 30 min 8% incline walking
- 5 min cool down
- 5 min running at 9 km/h
- 15 min 8% incline walking
- 5 min cool down
Stats: 6.5 km in 60 minutes, 638 calories burned. I could do more running but it was still a great exercise.
