This was a great week. I am proud of myself and I hope that you had a successful week too. Nothing feels better that to look back and feel good about your achievements. I remember back in the week #12 I had a similar stats, but I felt much more tired. I hope I will manage to continue with this kind of exercise - maybe more running and not incline walking. I’ll try to make 5-6 exercises a week, each about 60 minutes.
Well the stats for the week #30 are: 385 minutes (6h and 25 min), 40,5 km and 4173 burned calories - hmm thats actually one pound of fat
