  • 10 minutes to col down - slow walk

01JunSummary of week #30 (385min/40.5km/4173cal)

This was a great week. I am proud of myself and I hope that you had a successful week too. Nothing feels better that to look back and feel good about your achievements. I remember back in the week #12 I had a similar stats, but I felt much more tired. I hope I will manage to continue with this kind of exercise - maybe more running and not incline walking. I’ll try to make 5-6 exercises a week, each about 60 minutes.

Well the stats for the week #30 are: 385 minutes (6h and 25 min), 40,5 km and 4173 burned calories - hmm thats actually  one pound of fat :)

01JunWeek #30 Sunday exercise 60 min (6.5 km)

Sunday is a great day for exercise . You can rest the whole day and when the time for exercise comes, you have to make yourself to do it lol Just like nay other day.

So this Sunday I did:

  • 30 min 8% incline walking
  • 5 min cool down
  • 5 min running at 9 km/h
  • 15 min 8% incline walking
  • 5 min cool down

Stats: 6.5 km in 60 minutes, 638 calories burned. I could do more running but it was still a great exercise.
