31MayWeek #30 Friday night exercise 70 min (7 km)

Friday night on theĀ  treadmill - how boring is that? Not at all if the TV is the other option. The movies on TV were not watchable and I have decided to do a long, hard exercise accompanied by Bon Jovi concert from Times Square 2002. So this hign energy gig took me through:

  • 60 min incline walking at 6.2 km/h and
  • 10 min cool down at 0 incline and 5.5 km/h

My legs were burning but I can feel them even now how hard they are. :)

Here are the stats: 70 min, 7 km and 908 burned calories.
