Yesterday I was too tired to do my exercise and I have decided to rather go to sleep and rest my body and mind. So I planned to exercise in the morning. Getting up at 7 a.m. and getting on the treadmill required a little bit of strong will. But I made it and worked out for 45 minutes:
- 15 minutes of warming up by incline walking
- 15 minutes of running at 8.k km/h and no incline
- 10 minutes of incline walking and
- 5 minutes to cool down
Altogether I have burned 429 calories and walked/ran 5 km.
Maybe I will do another exercise in the evening. By the way I still feel sleepy … and a bit tired … I would like to go bacy to bed and not behind laptop. But work needs to be done.
I have also started to weigh myself in the mornings - kind of keeping control on my weight.
