26MayA week in Paris

Well I need to update this blog again and start to write my exercises down reguraly. I usually run in the evening and I write all the data (calories burned,  the distance and time) on one post-it note. But now it has been over a month and I have a pile of post-it notes and no blog entries. I’ll try to catch up.

In this last month I have also been on vacation in Paris - beautiful city - and I got sick again - the second I got back to work! So now I’m back in shape doing mostly incline walking and riding a mountain bike.

I’ll keep you posted and I promise I’ll put online some of the latest exercises.
