31MayWeek #30 Saturday exercise 60 min (7.2 km)

This time I wanted to do an interval exercise. And planned for some incline walking (6-12%) and running (at 9 km/h and 0 incline). It went pretty good. I was not even tired at the end.

  • 5 min warm up
  • 10 min  run
  • 10 min  incline walk
  • 10 min run
  • 10 min incline walk
  • 15 min cool down

The stats: 7.2 km, 60 min, 545 cal.

I’m planning another exercise for Sunday and hopefully this Week #30 will improve the stats after lazy previous weeks.

31MayWeek #30 Friday night exercise 70 min (7 km)

Friday night on the  treadmill - how boring is that? Not at all if the TV is the other option. The movies on TV were not watchable and I have decided to do a long, hard exercise accompanied by Bon Jovi concert from Times Square 2002. So this hign energy gig took me through:

  • 60 min incline walking at 6.2 km/h and
  • 10 min cool down at 0 incline and 5.5 km/h

My legs were burning but I can feel them even now how hard they are. :)

Here are the stats: 70 min, 7 km and 908 burned calories.

29MayWeek #30 Friday exercise 45 min (5 km)

Yesterday I was too tired to do my exercise and I have decided to rather go to sleep and rest my body and mind. So I planned to exercise in the morning. Getting up at 7 a.m. and getting on the treadmill required a little bit of strong will. But I made it and worked out for 45 minutes:

  • 15 minutes of warming up by incline walking
  • 15 minutes of running at 8.k km/h and no incline
  • 10 minutes of incline walking and
  • 5 minutes to cool down

Altogether I have burned 429 calories and walked/ran 5 km.

Maybe I will do another exercise in the evening. By the way I still feel sleepy … and a bit tired … I would like to go bacy to bed and not behind laptop. But work needs to be done.

I have also started to weigh myself in the mornings - kind of keeping control on my weight.

27MayWeek #30 Wednesday exercise 60 min (6 km)

This was a regular exercise … mostly incline walking. 60 minutes of fun while watching some Lick Library videos (tutorials for playing guitar).

Stats: 60 minutes, 6 km and 666 burned calories.

27MayWeek #30 Tuesday exercise 90 min (8.8km)

This was an incline walking exercise! most of the time between 6 and 12% incline and look at the burned calories! 987 calories gone in just 90 minutes. A hell of a exercise. I was walking at approx. 6km/h and lowered/raized incline as needed.

The stats: 90 minutes, 987 calories and 8.8 km.

27MaySummary of week #29 (260min/27.4km/2359cal)

Well this was a great week after a long period.

27.4 km in 260 min (4h and 20 min) and 2359 burned calories. I would sign up for this any time!

27MayWeek #29 Friday exercise 30 min (3.9km)

This was my morning exercise after a long time. I felt I have accomplished something before I went to work … well actually I was working from home that day. Nevertheless I had in mind a 60 minute workout but it’s so hard to wake up in the morning if you have gone to bed at 1 or 2 a.m.

The stats: 30 minutes, 3.9 km and 233 calories burned.

27MayWeek #29 Thursday exercise 90 min (9.1km)

I was thinking about incline and  have added it. So this exercise was a little harder but much more calories were burned. In 90 minutes I have walked/ran 9.1 km and burned 874 calories. Let’s keep on going …

27MayWeek #29 Wednesday exercise 100 min (10.2km)

This is the real deal! 100 minutes of fast heart beats and some great music on the screen. Bon Jovi saved my exercise. I love their concerts - especially if they were filmed in New Jersey!

So 10,2 km of distance and 852 burned calories. It seems I could use some more incline.

27MayWeek #29 Monday exercise 40 min (4.2km)

A new week and a new run. 4.2 km in 40 minutes and 400 calories burned. As I now remember my fastest 5 km run this exercise seems line a snail race. But still it was effective. Looking forward to more!
