10JanWeek #10 Saturday exercise / 60 min (7.4 km)

The last exercise in this week was a:

  • 10 min warm up
  • 20 min run at 8.5 kmh
  • 10 min of incline walking
  • 10 min of running at 8.5 kmh
  • 5 min of incline walking
  • 5 minutes of cooling down

This was a nice, quite intensive exercise that made me burn 589 calories and I have managed to run/walk 7.4 km.

I finally mnaed to squeeze more running into my workout and I hope to continue with this in my next treadmill workouts.
